ATTN photographers, film makers, and video artists: THIS WEEK ONLY, we are accepting location bookings through December at an introductory rate of just $100 / day! (Usual price, $300.) 

Need a raw warehouse space for your fashion shoot, music video, or zombie flick? Want a LOT of space to bring in your set and cast of 50? MFb has 20,000 sq. ft. ready for you! 

You MUST reserve and pay for space this week, but dates are open through the end of December (some black out dates; see terms and conditions below).

Terms and Conditions: 

1) Space must be reserved and paid for by Friday, September 30th, 2011. Check, cash, and money order accepted. Credit cards will be accepted with a 7% processing fee. 

2) One day = 8 hours. Extended time can be discussed for a small additional rate. Contact info@magicfuturebox.com for rates. 

3) Freight elevator access on weekends and weekdays after 4:30 pm subject to a $25 / hour additional charge.
