Auditions: Demon Dreams
Wednesday, March 30, 2011 at 07:52PM Casting for Tommy Smith’s Demon Dreams NYC premiere in June. Auditions will be held at The Tank in the ground floor theater, 354 W. 45th St. between 8th and 9th on Thursday, 4/7 from 10am to 4pm and Friday, 4/8 from 10am to 2pm. Actors of all ethnic backgrounds encouraged to audition. The show, directed by Kevin Laibson and produced by Magic Futurebox, runs in June and will rehearse in May.
Seeking 6 actors (3m, 3f) in their early twenties, to play 54 roles including animals, elements, and demons. Strong ability to spit ill rhymes, physical or martial arts background preferred. Please come prepared to rap 16 bars unaccompanied, move, mime, and play, and perform a 1-minute monologue.
